SKY Simplified Physical Exercises for Health

Shri Vethathiri Maharishi developed a system of simplified physical exercises based on bio-magnetism, after years of intense research. These exercises ensure proper circulation of blood, heat, air, energy, and bio-magnetism, maintaining health and preventing disease in a gentle manner.

This regimen also strengthens the immune system, serving both preventively and curatively against various diseases. An effective package of simple physical exercises is designed to regulate the flow of blood, heat, air, and life force in the body, promoting good physical health.

SKY Meditation Practice

“Meditation is a practice to commune the consciousness with the vast universe.”

– Shri Vethathiri Maharishi

Kundalini is the life-force, the fundamental energy of the body and mind. SKY is the practice to utilize the life-force as the core of meditation. Merging the mind with the life-force enables us to take the mind to subtler levels, enhancing awareness and furthering intellectual acuity and understanding.

Through meditation, the mind is turned towards to its base, the life–force resulting in deep relaxation and heightened sensory awareness.

In SKY practice, various stages of meditation are offered:

i) Initiation by a trained master focuses on intensifying the life-force at Agna Chakra (between the eyebrows) for meditation.
ii) Subsequent practice may lead to excess energy in upper centers, where Shanti Yoga is taught.
iii) Thuriya Yoga follows, focusing on meditation at the crown chakra (Sahasradara or Brahmarandra).
iv) Advanced techniques include Thuriateeth Yoga, Panchentria Meditation, Pancha Bootha Navagraha Meditation, Manonmani, Nithyanandam, Nine Point Meditation, guiding practitioners from body consciousness to soul consciousness and ultimately to God consciousness.
v) Additional meditation techniques help resist adverse effects of planetary transits.
vi) Practices to understand and enhance personal biomagnetism for physical and mental strength, and to aid others through energy transfer, are also taught.
