After years of dedicated meditation, yogic practices, research, and spiritual insights, Shri Vethathiri Maharishi, a revered spiritual leader, devised the SKY Yoga (Simplified Kundalini) system.
The introductory program, known as the “Foundation Course” spans five days and is conducted in Tamil & English. Led by seasoned SKY professors, this residential course takes place at Aliyar.
